Terms & Conditions of The Exit Strategy Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of The Exit Strategy Programme ("Platform") provided by The Exit Strategy Programme Ltd ("Company"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Description of the Platform:

The Platform offers guidance and resources to assist misaligned employees in transitioning from employment to entrepreneurship. The Company provides training on building an online business using affiliate marketing and social media advertising.

Lifetime Access (One Off Payment):

3.1. To Access the training there is a one time fee of £149.00, you will have access to this training for as long as the company is operational.

Cancellation:

4.1. If you wish to cancel & receive a full refund, you must send an email to support@jointheexitstrategy.com within the 7-day period after purchase.

4.2. Cancellation requests received after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to cancel your subscription at any time for violations of this Agreement or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

User Responsibilities:

5.1. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

7.2. The Company's total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform or this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Platform during the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination:

The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access to the Platform at any time without notice if you violate any provisions of this Agreement or for any other reason.

Modifications to the Agreement:

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of the updated Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
